You know how doulas help women have great birth experiences? Give them information to get them ready for childbirth, make sure they’re eating right and getting enough rest,have their back during labor and remind them to breathe?
I help creative, entrepreneurial woman (like you) make your dreams and ideas real.
You come to me feeling stuck, stressed out and overwhelmed. And leave with a personalized action plan jam-packed with practical business strategies you’re excited to put into action and tools to make your success inevitable.
how do i do this?
I play a game with you.
Here are some of the rules: Your struggles, worries, and emotional meltdowns are clues from Life. Our job is to decipher the clues and map out your next moves.
It’s kind of like when Hansel and Gretel used pebbles to help them find their way home. We make believe that your frustrating roadblocks are really pebbles Life is using to guide you towards what you really want.

Soul-powered solutions come from the truest, wisest part of ourselves. The part that can nurse a tiny idea into a full-fledged thing you can touch.
My gift is being able to re-connect you to this inner well, so you can learn to trust yourself again.

Our work is focused on helping you learn how to work your inner GPS, so you never feel “lost” or “stuck” again.
That’s why I call our coaching time together liberation sessions – we use them to break free of whatever is in the way of you moving towards what you want.

In private, coaching sessions we uncover:
- A clear map of what you want and how to get there
- your specific goals (or the address you want to type into your GPS)
- specific tools to keep yourself motivated and focused
- how to use your strengths and passions to create an irresistible offer and effective marketing strategy
- fears, beliefs and habits preventing you from creating the money you want
- at least 3 actions you can take so you move forward powerfully in your business and life
